ACCELONIX France excels in various areas of microelectronics, including:

• Micro-assembly: We provide equipment for micro-assembly, including wafer cutting, glue dispensing and spraying, die attachments, wire bonders (manual and automatic), back-end plasma processes, vacuum ovens, hermetic sealing, clean rooms and dry cabinets, as well as modular bond testing.
• SMD Printed Circuit Board Assembly: Our offer includes solutions for the assembly of printed circuit boards in SMD technology, including cutting, dispensing and spraying of materials.
• Screen Printing Equipment: We offer equipment for additive deposition of ink systems, alloy pastes, adhesives and other media, in both screen printing and stencil printing modes.
• Versatile equipment: Our solutions meet the needs of both laboratories and manufacturers, offering pilot and production lines for flexible and rigid substrates of all sizes, in sheet-to-sheet mode with the appropriate transitique. We also design Reel to Reel lines in partnership.
